Sunbrella Patio Cushions

I just had a customer bring in some two year old patio cushions that were trashed. She had got a patio set at Home Depot with cushions , she brings the cushions in the winter time so they have been outside for 12 months.
The sun has rotted the fabric and the poly fill  is coming through. We are making her new cushion covers with
